Site Configuration
In this screen you are able to create your Site ID, assign the necessary license key, define the number of levels and length of each level within that Site.
Create a Site Structure
The site structure is the foundation of your site setup. Link in your assembly lines, work centers and equipment throughout your location.
Further, you will be able to assign inventory abbreviations for charging, and flag particular locations as Clearance Required.
Create Plant Assets
Your existing work centers and equipment are seamlessly pulled into the Module to build out full assembly lines. Give the asset a site location and provide charging information for inventory and procurement planning.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans, the backbone of the Module, organize tasks, assign parts, goods, or services. Save time and money by automating your maintenance planning and generating Maintenance Tickets.
Maintenance Action Messaging & Planning
Maintenance Action Messaging is a full re-generation when the Preventative Maintenance Manager Process is run. This screen displays the asset, the type of Maintenance Plan to be performed, and the cadence it is on. This screen also allows you to firm plan, release or cancel the preventative maintenance.
When the user Firm Plans a row, the automation comes to life. If the Maintenance Plan has parts, goods, or services, reservations and requisitions are automatically generated.
Maintenance Tickets
Maintenance tickets are generated based upon the plan assigned to an asset. After the planner/scheduler has reviewed their action messages, they are able to automatically generate Maintenance Tickets and requests for the required parts, goods, and services.
Inventory Reservations
Inventory Reservations are automatically generated from the Maintenance Action Messaging & Plan when the line status is switched to Firm Planned. The charging information from either the asset record or from the site structure is used in the generation of the reservation.
Additionally, the maintenance ticket number is listed in the Notes section of the header, and the assigned reservation ID is visible in the Action Messaging screen.
Requisitions
Requisitions are generated from the Maintenance Action Messaging & Plan when the line status is switched to Firm Planned. The site structure or asset record provided the necessary charging information.
